MFIT SPACE是一个两层楼的健身房，可进行一对一的私教训练。顾客们可以在各种类型的空间中有选择地进行不同的锻炼形式。设计的主要元素是蓝色的弧形镂空金属结构，在提供视觉分隔的同时保持了空间的通透性。该结构还可以结合绳索、挂钩作为锻炼工具使用。

MFIT SPACE is a two-story gym space for one-on-one fitness classes, designed to be an integral part of the training process. Customers can creatively choose their unique training path moving through areas dedicated to different activities. The project features a system of site specifically designed large blue iron lattice structures, which create visually permeable partition walls around the space and offer supports for hanging ropes, hooks or for doing exercises.

健身房的入口通过灰色的砖墙走廊进入。在狭窄的通道尽头，视野被突然打开，随即来到主要的训练区域。大面积的落地玻璃窗引入了外面的风景，强调出健身方对于创造洁净、健康的健身环境的追求，同时也为锻炼的人们带来直接而强烈的视觉体验。

You enter the gym trough a low grey bricks corridor located on the back side of a hotel lobby. At the end of this compressed environment, the view will suddenly open up into the main training area with its large floor-to-ceiling glazed wall facing a public park. It represents the company’s ideals of a clean healthy environment, fostering the sense of belonging to the MFIT fitness community and offering at the same time a simple and strong visual impact. 

浅灰色的混凝土、黑色的金属和一些青蓝色的细部定义了一系列横向和纵向的空间。弧形的蓝色铁制栅格结构创造出一个中央运动场地，所有的健身器材都分布在其周围。与视线平齐的镜面以及覆盖在墙壁和立柱上部的钢网为整个空间带来了充满力度的金属感和反射感。

The color palette of light grey concrete, black metal and some touch of cyan blue elements define the space on both walls and floor. A large curved blue iron structure creates a central arena around which all fitness equipment are located. Mirrors at the eye level and a continuous strip of steel mesh on the upper part of walls and pillars add vibrant metallic vibes and reflections to the whole space.

弧形的钢制接待台结合了饮料冷藏柜和大型的LED屏幕。接待台后方还策略性地设置了双层高的天井，能够将日光引入到地下室的大部分空间。

The space features a curved steel reception desk with refrigerated beverage corner and a large LED screen. Behind the desk, the double-high void is strategically placed to allow daylight to reach most of the basement areas underground.

旋转楼梯、滑梯和攀岩墙为上下两个楼层提供了交通连接，并且以灵活而富有创意的方式为健身房赋予了更多可能性。

A spiral staircase, a steel slide and a climbing wall multiply the fitness possibilities in flexible and creative ways, by answering the need of connecting the ground floor with the underground.

EMS特殊训练室和攀岩区域在灰色和黑色的基础上增加了蓝色和红色元素。

EMS special training room and climbing areas are playing with a contrast of grey and black colors, dotted by blue and red elements.

地下层的体验与一楼不同，这里分布着一系列小型房间，并各自服务于特定的活动。客人在训练期间可以按照自己的意愿来选择进入这些房间的顺序，创造属于自己的运动之旅。每个房间选用了不同的材料和鲜明的色彩，旨在传达能量四射和积极主动的情绪。

The feeling underground is different than the one on the first floor. The space is organized into small rooms, each dedicated to specific activities, that customers can visit one-after-another during their training session to creatively create unique paths. The goal of transmitting a sense of high-energy and motivation has been achieved by selecting specific materials and a palette of strongly defined colors to associate to different rooms.

更衣室和用于课程训练的拱顶房间采用了大面积的红色，淋浴间则覆盖以黑色的意大利Bisazza马赛克砖，带来更加令人放松的昏暗氛围。

Locker room and the arched tunnel shaped room for class training have been designed like full-red chambers, while a more relaxing dark atmosphere has been chosen for male and female shower rooms, entirely covered by black texturized Bisazza mosaic tiles form Italy.

灰色和黑色的搭配同样延续至休息室内部，其中央还设置了一个圆形的喷水装置。带有波纹的工业钢制墙板统一了地下层的空间，并进一步让从上方洒下的自然光在空间中扩散。

A hue of grey tones and black mosaic also define the chill-out room for short breaks, organized around a central round fountain. The underground floor is unified by using large dotted industrial steel plates, which are further diffusing gleaming reverberations of the natural daylight raining from above.、
